Kokoisha determines the content and timing of social and note features. A fixed number of posts or monthly posting is not guaranteed. Paid plans never improve ordinary search rankings. Promotional placements are labeled PR or advertisement.
The first payment is charged on application. Monthly and annual contracts renew automatically every month or year from the first payment date. Service normally starts within 7 business days after payment and required information are confirmed. Custom work has an agreed start date.
To cancel, email us by 23:59 Japan time on the day before your next payment date. Receipt time counts as notice; access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation before service begins is normally fully refundable. After service begins, customer-requested cancellations are not prorated, including unused months of annual contracts.
